Craftwork Co., Ltd.

Craftwork Co., Ltd. builds villas in Pattaya, with two projects in our catalogue in Nong Prue, inland from the coast. They are Rekha Pattaya – Motorway and Pyche Pattaya – Motorway, both under construction.

Nong Prue is away from the beachfront but closer to the main roads, shopping centres and schools, which suits families and people who live in Pattaya year-round and get around by car. Before buying off-plan, ask for the building permit and land documents, and visit the site.
