What we collect
Your name and phone number are required — we need them to reply. Email, message, the language of the page and the address of the page you sent the request from are kept when you provide them or when they are detected automatically. Advertising campaign tags are stored if you arrived through an ad.
Why
To answer your request and to select properties for you. Separately, and only with your consent, to send updates about projects and prices. The two consents are independent: refusing updates does not stop us replying to your request.
Who we share it with
The request goes into our customer records (Monday.com) and is handled by the agency staff. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
Projects map
When you open the map in the catalogue or on a project page, your browser loads the map images from the OpenFreeMap server (tiles.openfreemap.org, OpenStreetMap data). That server sees your IP address and the part of the map requested, as with any website you open. It does not receive your name, phone number or requests. Until you open the map, no request is made to it.
New project emails
If you subscribe to new projects, we keep your email address, the catalogue filters you chose and the language. The subscription only starts once you confirm it through the link in our email. The emails are sent by the Resend service (resend.com): it receives your email address and the text of the email, and nothing else. Every email has a link to unsubscribe in one click; after that, no more emails are sent.
How long we keep it
For as long as it is needed to work with you as a client. You may ask us to delete your data or to withdraw the marketing consent — write to us and we will do it.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, request corrections or deletion, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not undo what was done before it.
