Trinity Property Co., Ltd.

Aileen Villas in north-west Phuket, with phases in Layan and Naithon, are built by Trinity Property Co., Ltd. Both phases are still under construction. There is little data so far, so this overview is short.

The Layan phase is near the beach of the same name, next to Bang Tao, and the Naithon phase is by a quiet beach away from the big resorts. Since the brand is built in phases, ask whether you can visit houses from earlier, finished stages. These villas suit people looking for a calm home by the sea for living or long seasons.

Before buying, ask how the land rights are structured, whether the building permit is in place and what the payment schedule is. Our team can request the documents.
