Santi Vista Villas Co Ltd.

Santi Vista Villas Co Ltd. builds villas on Koh Samui, with two projects in our catalogue in Bang Po on the north of the island. They are Santi Vista Villas and Santi Pura, both under construction.

Samui is smaller and calmer than Phuket, which suits people looking for a villa for long holidays or a slower pace of life, and who are fine with reaching the island by plane or ferry. Before buying off-plan, ask for the building permit and land documents; on Samui it is worth checking road access to the plot and the type of land title in particular.
