Rhom Bho Property PLC

Rhom Bho Property PLC is best known in Phuket for The Title series, a family of condominium and villa projects in the north and west of the island. Our catalogue lists apartments in The Title Serenity Naiyang, The Title Legendary-Bang Tao, The Title Adora Rawai, The Title Coralina Kamala and ViVi, and villas in The Title Villa Kirara and The Title Estella Villa Naiyang. The Title Balcony, The Title Sierra Bangtao and Katabello in Kata are here too.

Most projects are under construction, while some, such as The Title Legendary-Bang Tao, are already completed, so you can see a finished building by the same developer before buying into a new one. A fit for buyers looking for a beach-area apartment for holidays or letting. Before buying off-plan, ask who will manage the building after handover and request the permits.
