Mouana Phuket

Mouana Phuket builds villas, and our catalogue lists three of its projects across the north, east and south of the island. Mouana Breeze Maikhao in Mai Khao, near the airport, is completed. Mouana Grande Chalong Bay in Chalong and Mouana Residence Ko Kaeo in the Phuket Town area are under construction.

The finished project lets you see how the developer builds before choosing a villa in one of the newer ones. The locations suit families and people who want to live near town or Chalong Bay. Before buying off-plan, ask for the building permit and land documents.
