Merit Phuket Co.,Ltd.

Merit Phuket Co.,Ltd.'s Phuvista villas are in north-west Phuket, and the ROMA ThaiProperty catalogue lists Phuvista Naithon near Nai Thon beach and Phuvista Naiyang in Thalang, close to Nai Yang. Both are under construction.

Nai Thon and Nai Yang are quiet beaches in the north of the island, near the airport and the national park. There is none of Patong's busy tourist life here, so these villas suit buyers looking for a calm home by the sea to live in or for long holidays.

Before buying a villa off-plan, check how the land is held, whether there is a building permit and what the price includes at handover. The manager confirms timing and prices.
