Matrix Developments

Matrix Developments appears in our catalogue with two completed condominiums in Pattaya, one in Jomtien and one on Pratumnak. They are Amazon Condo in Jomtien and Art on the Hill on Pratumnak. Both buildings were finished years ago, so these are apartments in an established building.

An option for buyers who want a Pattaya apartment without waiting for construction, and who would like to see the building, the neighbours and the upkeep before buying. In an older building, check its condition, the maintenance fees and whether foreign quota is still available; our manager can confirm that.
