IO LANTA CO.LTD.

Villas on Koh Samui, one completed project in Bo Phut and one under construction in Thongson Bay, are what our catalogue lists from IO LANTA CO.LTD.

Dao Villas in Bo Phut, on the north coast with its Fisherman's Village, restaurants and beach, is finished. IO Villas in Thongson Bay, a small cove in the north-east of the island, is being built. Samui is smaller and quieter than Phuket, and villas here tend to suit people who want a secluded home by the sea for living or long stays.

Before buying a villa off-plan, ask how the land rights are structured, whether the building permit is in place and what the payment schedule is. Our team can request the documents.
