BAANMAE VILLA

BAANMAE VILLA builds villas in Pattaya: every project of this developer in the ROMA ThaiProperty catalogue is a villa community, and all of them are currently under construction. Most are in Jomtien, with one in Huay Yai.

The Jomtien projects are The Arowanyx, The Scenevanar, Onyx Grand Village and Baanmae Bibury; Larelana Villa is in Huay Yai. These are private houses for people who want to live in Pattaya on their own plot, with a pool and garden, away from the city centre. Huay Yai is quieter and further from the sea than Jomtien.

Before buying a villa off-plan, ask how the land is held and in whose name, whether there is a building permit, and what is included in the price at handover. The manager confirms timing, layouts and prices for each community.
