Baan Dusit

Baan Dusit appears in our catalogue with two completed villa communities in Huay Yai, south of Pattaya. They are Baan Dusit Pattaya Park and Baan Dusit Pattaya View. Both were finished some years ago, so you are looking at existing houses rather than buying off-plan.

Huay Yai is further from the beach and the busy centre of Pattaya, which suits people who want a house with a garden and some quiet, to live in or for a long winter. With a ready house, check the condition of the building, the type of land title and the community maintenance fees.
