Andaman Riviera Construction

Andaman Riviera Construction builds in the Bang Tao area of Phuket: all of this developer's projects in the ROMA ThaiProperty catalogue are there and are marked as close to the sea. They are the completed condominium Andaman Riviera, the Atrium Andaman City condominium under construction, and Andaman Boutique Residences, also under construction.

Bang Tao is one of the most lived-in beach areas on the west coast, with restaurants, schools and resort amenities. Units here are bought both for holidays and for renting out. The completed Andaman Riviera gives a sense of how the developer finishes its buildings, which helps before buying into a project still being built.

Before buying off-plan, ask for the building permit and check how the contract handles the completion date and penalties for delays. The manager confirms prices and availability.
