AG Club Villas

AG Club Villas builds villas in Thalang, Phuket; our catalogue lists two of its projects, both currently under construction. There is little data so far, so this overview is short.

The projects are AG Club Villas and Mandala Villa By Ag Club. Thalang is the quieter northern part of the island, closer to the airport, and villas here tend to appeal to people looking for a home to live in rather than a short-stay base.

Before buying a villa off-plan, ask how the land rights are structured, whether the building permit is in place and what the payment schedule is. Our team can request details and documents.
